To encourage and support personal/professional growth through the opportunities for fellowship, study and service

To foster understanding and information about one another and our various faith traditions

To engage in service with other community-serving organizations by assisting with the formation of appropriate new new organizations and supporting existing organizations.

To initiate and support ecumenical worship services within the community such as the Rev. Dr. Luther King Jr. Celebration, City Council prayers, Baccalaureate Service, Day of Prayer services, etc.

To offer an avenue for the faith community to speak to issues within the community when those issues need a faith perspective.
