November IMA meeting
We will have a conversation with Douglas Brinkley who is the Interim Police Chief.
Brinkley has served within police departments in both Michigan and Texas. He most recently served the City of Sugar Land Texas for 15 years, first as Assistant Chief of Police, then Chief of Police, and lastly as Assistant City Manager.
He has nearly 30 years of experience as a law enforcement officer with 20 years of law enforcement leadership experience.

Our last rally of the year might just be the biggest one--- but, only if you bring some folks along!
Thursday, October 17th, NOON Independence, Missouri
Meet at Peace Pavilion, a children's museum, located two blocks west of the Courthouse Square, at 607 W. Lexington Avenue near downtown Independence. We will meet there, park there, begin the rally there. And then we will walk the short distance to the Courthouse steps where the Rally will continue and conclude. Free parking is available at and around the Peace Pavilion. ALL are welcome!
